INGREDIENTS
70 g
Original Beans Virunga 70%
125 g organic cream
125 ml organic milk
3 unit egg yolk
50 g sugar

PREPARATION
Ice Cream
Beat the sugar with 60 g egg yolk (3 eggs).
Bring 1/8 l cream and 1/8 l milk to the boil, add to the whipped egg yolk while boiling and stir.
Dissolve the chocolate in the warm mixture and freeze in the ice-cream maker.
Plating
Garnish with some of our Cacao Nibs.
